-Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed, except any damage. If you canceled or do not pick-up in 60 days, we will charge you 20% of the item as handling charges after our notice .
- Ordered items from Japan are normally ready for in-store pickup 1 to 2 weeks after the date of ordere.
- Postage will be charged. Please contact us if you would like to know the details.
